The Challenge

A Community Based NHS Trust in London was preparing to migrate several GP practices from EMIS Web to TPP’s SystmOne. The move was essential to improve interoperability between services and support a more stable, scalable digital environment across their community care pathways.

However, to make this transition a success, the Trust needed interim support;  both in configuring the new system and delivering hands-on training to staff.

With tight timescales and no room for disruption to care, getting the right people in quickly was critical.

The Objective

The Trust’s decision to implement SystmOne was underpinned by a drive to:

  • Improve data sharing across community services
  • Increase system resilience and uptime
  • Streamline user access to records and clinical notes
  • Reduce variation in practice between GP sites

Success meant delivering a live environment that was both functional and familiar to users, without compromising patient safety or service continuity.

Our Approach

With deep expertise in SystmOne recruitment, we were able to move quickly. We tapped into our extensive network to identify and supply:

•    3 experienced Configuration Specialists
•    1 Training Lead
•    1 Trainer

All consultants brought relevant NHS experience and a strong understanding of TPP’s ecosystem. They integrated seamlessly with the Trust’s digital and clinical leads, ensuring knowledge transfer and local ownership from day one.
