​Originally a sales associate with TK Maxx, Rob already knew a lot about hard work. Although he enjoyed working as part of a team and delivering high standards of customer service, he felt less enthusiastic about continuing in retail sales. A role that required sales skills and personality was originally what attracted Rob to recruitment, and subsequently, to IT Works. When we presented an opportunity for Rob to engage his transferable skills, experience, personality and determine his career path, he was eager to get started.


As our Infor expert, Rob loves the level of variety that his market brings. Multiple Infor systems mean he will be working on a variety of different roles at any one time, liaising with clients and candidates globally, all with different experience and skillsets.


Away from the office, you will find Rob either playing, watching, or talking about football. As a self-confessed footballaholic, Rob is always up for a game and takes charge of organising our very own IT Works FC team. Also, a regular party trick for Rob is to give us a tune on the Irish tin whistle!
