Job description

Skills required:
• To have highly developed communication skills enabling the effective interaction with staff across the organisation with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Experience training on clinical systems preferably EPR or PAS
• Adaptable to situations, can handle people of all capabilities and attitudes
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with limited supervision
• Continuous ability to source, assimilate and analyse data and information relating to wide range of services and translate into an easily understood format

Duties involved:
• To contribute to the development and maintenance of specialist high quality support and training service and be the first point of escalation for the IT Service Desk concentrating specifically on training delivery and resolving general issues and queries
• To provide effective, comprehensive training on highly complex Clinical Systems ranging from one to one through to large groups, overcoming barriers to learning and using persuasive and re-assurance to learners
• Ensure training delivery supports learners who have barriers to learning
