My client is currently recruiting for a Junior SQL Developer.

Below is the skillset that I am looking for, and what the role will comprise of…

• Technical skills such as, “SQL Server development” or “T-SQL”.
• A data migration technician, not a database developer or administrator.
• Someone who is dedicated enough to perform repetitive tasks accurately and on time.
• Intelligent enough to see when something could be automated in a practical way; and have the technical skills to do that.
