What are the duties required for this role?

Specifically, this position is responsible for contributing to the effective delivery of solutions to our clients. The specific responsibilities are:
Perform pre-sales activities including product presentations and demonstrations;
Assist with new product implementations including conducting implementation planning study sessions, client training demonstrations and workshops and providing general implementation guidance and support;
Provide domain expertise to inform, develop and document business and functional requirements to support product upgrades and enhancements;
Deliver hands on application configuration in line with agreed specifications and quality
Provide solution and technical troubleshooting support to ensure that software issues are documented, reproduced and resolved to agreed service level agreements and within the company release cycles;
Develop test strategies and plans and perform software testing including functional, integration and regression testing;
Create and maintain product documentation, manuals and knowledgebase articles
Assist with maintaining the company procedural documents in accordance with the ISO9001, ISO27001 certification standard; and,
Other relevant duties as reasonably required

Trade, technique, training or software certification required.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including;
Excellent command of the English Language in written form;
Proven ability to translated technical requirements into End-User supporting documentation based on client requirements;
Preparation and publication of quality user manuals; and,
Delivery of application training to clients to ensure high level of proficiency.
Sound technical skills with a background in application support services.
Relevant tertiary/trade qualifications is highly desirable;
Relevant industry qualifications or associations is highly desirable; or
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be considered an advantage.
Experience in the Health and Pathology industry would be a considerable advantage;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications; or
Ability to understand and interpret technical document and create high quality user documentation.
