As the Office 365 Specialist you will work with a small team to implement and support the rollout of Office 365. Working with the wider IT Department as a specialist on O365 related projects, operations and service delivery ensuring O365 systems are maintained and supported to the highest standards in accordance with defined KPI’s, policies, procedures and service level agreements.
- Experience of Office 365 is essential.
- Knowledge transfer, mentoring and training of colleagues regarding O365 services, increasing the overall capabilities of the team.
- Professionally represent the IT department and the organisation at all times.
