Change Manager

Position Overview: As the EPR Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and adoption of our new EPR system. You will be responsible for managing the change process, ensuring seamless integration, and maximizing the benefits realized from this critical business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and requirements for the EPR system.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Lead change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
  • Create and deliver communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Provide training and support to end users to facilitate effective adoption of the new system.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of the change management efforts, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in EPR system implementation or similar large-scale projects.
  • Have strong knowledge and experience with maternity and Cerner.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
