Mila brings energy, passion, and a deep commitment to growth in her role as Head of Learning & Development at IT Works Recruitment. From her earliest interactions with the team, she knew the company stood out - and she’s made it her mission to do the same ever since. Known for giving 100% to everything she does, Mila is dedicated to empowering consultants, fostering professional success, and supporting development at every level.
She began her career in recruitment in 2019 as a contract consultant and discovered her true calling in Learning and Development in 2023. Since then, she’s brought her expertise and enthusiasm to several different businesses, helping shape talent and build thriving teams.
Outside of work, Mila’s love for learning and culture shines through. After university, she spent a year living in Seville, teaching English and immersing herself in Spanish life. She now speaks Spanish, is learning Italian, and loves to travel - whether it’s skiing, city breaks, or relaxing beach escapes. A keen reader, she started her own book club and balances her spare time between the gym and experimenting in the kitchen with dishes inspired by her Mexican heritage (Mila is half Mexican).
