Tim is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of IT Works Recruitment and IT Works Health, ensuring each grows into a trusted and respected business and remains outstanding for expertise within their chosen market. His remit also involves overseeing operations aspects of the businesses to ensure that all customers receive a focused and consistent service which is of significant value.
Tim took a lead role in the sale of the IT Works US recruitment brand, IT Works Recruitment Inc, through a process culminating in a trade sale to The $500m turnover Planet Group, with headquarters in Chicago.
A dedicated family man with a taste for adventure, Tim has a keen interest in winter sports and country pursuits and a penchant for rock music.
