Our Client Relationship Manager, Tom Wyke, is one of our most senior consultants here at IT Works and a well-established team leader. Joining IT Works over a decade ago, Tom is committed to his market having been a guiding rock for professionals in the digital healthcare market (predominantly in the NHS).
Moving from Recruitment Consultant, through to Senior Recruitment Consultant, Tom is now Client Relationship Manager for existing clients. Working closely alongside Head of Engagement, Daniel Bennett, Tom currently leads a team of EPR & Digital Health recruiters, connecting the NHS to the specialist IT talent needed to help them reach their digital goals.
Since starting out in recruitment, Tom’s career highlights include:
- Supplying over 600 Digital Professionals to the healthcare industry across an 11-year timeframe.
- Over a 4-year period, assisted 10 separate NHS Trust’s with their implementations of the RiO EPR, through the provision of expert consultants.
- Built a network of over 7,000 Digital Professionals within the healthcare sector.
With his signature sense of humour, enthusiasm for progress, and steadfast commitment to the digital health space, Tom is integral to the IT Works DNA. Although, when not in work, you can either find Tom supporting his beloved Blackpool FC, out on fishing trips or spending time with his family.
