Will prides himself on more than just technical know-how He’s passionate about building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. By truly listening to and understanding candidates and client’s needs, he’s able to support them throughout the recruitment journey, from CV guidance and interview preparation to sharing valuable insights on the digital health and EPR markets.
Outside of work, Will is just as driven. He first channelled his energy into competing in boxing all over the country, before taking on the ultimate endurance test as an Ironman triathlete, and winds down by finding new fishing spots.
