What a year 2021 has been!
It’s definitely a case of ups and downs throughout the year, but the year of the ‘Great Reshuffle’ was always going to be incredibly active for those of us in the recruitment industry.
Our numbers have grown through the year – for some months, we only knew some of the team as faces on a video call – and we feel we’ve connected with some of you more deeply than before. Everyone we’ve added still has to measure up to our standards, so you can be sure of the same level of care and attention through 2022 as you’ve received in 2021.- if not even better.
After a year like this any festive blog has a bit of a bittersweet taste to it. We know some of you reading this will have had a tough year, and in general 2021 has been a challenge for everyone and a struggle for some.
We’re nearly at the New Year, though, and before that we’ve got the festive season close on us!
With that in mind we wanted to take a moment to wish you all – client, candidate, IT Works colleague, and even interested friends of the company – Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and a Happy New Year!
