We are seeking a registered Paramedic with a strong interest in digital health and technology to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role combining clinical expertise, tender writing, customer engagement, and product influence. You will play a key role in supporting NHS organisations to adopt digital solutions that genuinely improve patient outcomes and support clinicians. Acting as a trusted clinical voice internally and externally, you will contribute directly to tender submissions, deliver product demonstrations, engage with senior NHS stakeholders, and help shape how our solutions evolve. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical practice, innovation, and commercial strategy, within a small, focused organisation where collaboration is close and impact is visible.

Key Responsibilities – Clinical & Customer Engagement

· Act as a clinical subject matter expert for our digital solutions, particularly within urgent and emergency care.

· Deliver high-quality product demonstrations to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders.

· Build strong relationships with NHS customers, including senior clinical, digital, and executive leaders.

· Attend customer meetings, workshops, and conferences across the UK.

· Gather structured feedback from frontline users and translate this into meaningful insight.

Key Responsibilities – Tender Writing & Bid Support (Core Requirement)

· Play a leading role in writing and shaping tender responses, especially clinical, operational, and pathway-focused sections.

· Ensure bids are credible, clinically robust, and aligned with NHS priorities and service models.

· Support clarification responses, presentations, and post-submission discussions.

· Work closely with sales and commercial colleagues to strengthen overall bid quality and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities – Product & Internal Collaboration

· Act as the interface between NHS customers and internal product teams.

· Translate clinical challenges into clear requirements and practical product improvements.

· Contribute to roadmap discussions and feature prioritisation.

· Support testing and validation to ensure solutions are safe, usable, and aligned with real-world workflows.

Strategic Contribution

· Contribute to the development of clinical value propositions, case studies, and messaging.

· Support thought leadership in digital health and urgent and emergency care transformation.

· Maintain awareness of NHS policy, priorities, and digital programmes to inform our approach.

Essential Requirements

· Registered Paramedic (HCPC).

· Strong understanding of urgent and emergency care pathways.

· Demonstrable experience of tender writing and bid contribution (essential).

· Clear interest in digital health, technology, and innovation.

· Confident communicator able to engage clinicians, managers, and senior NHS leaders.

· Ability to work collaboratively across clinical, commercial, and technical teams.

· Willingness to travel regularly across the UK.

Desirable Experience

· Experience working with NHS procurement or frameworks.

· Experience in health technology, digital transformation, or clinical informatics.

· Involvement in service redesign, innovation projects, or pathway improvement.

· Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or at events.

· Exposure to commercial environments within healthcare.

What We Offer

· A meaningful role influencing digital solutions that directly support frontline clinicians.

· The opportunity to work closely with product teams and see ideas progress quickly from concept to real-world deployment.

· A position where your clinical credibility genuinely shapes decisions and outcomes.

· Regular engagement with NHS Trusts and senior stakeholders, offering visibility and influence beyond traditional clinical roles.

· A collaborative, supportive environment within a small, focused organisation.

· Hybrid working (Southampton base) with flexibility and autonomy.

· Competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities to develop skills in digital health, strategy, and commercial work.
