<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), troubleshooting system issues and resolving workflow limitations
	
	<li>
	Lead education and onboarding of EHR for a team of imaging technologists
	
	<li>
	Provide on-site support during go-live, enabling real-time adjustments and issue resolution
	
	<li>
	Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, technical support and management
	
</ul>

<h3>Skills & Experience</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Hands-on experience with Epic or similar EPR's 
	
	<li>
	Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly within imaging environments
	
	<li>
	Proven ability to train users and support system implementations
	
	<li>
	Effective problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
