EPIC Project Manager Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure the successful implementation of EPIC software.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align project goals with organisational objectives.

EPIC Software Implementation

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and customisation of EPIC software.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Foster positive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and relevant NHS departments.

 Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare, preferably within the NHS.
• Previous experience with EPIC software implementation is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
