EPR Application Specialist

As an EPR Application Specialist, you will be assigned to the delivery of customer projects across a range of clinical functionalities. You will work collaboratively with technical specialists, team leads, and other departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the successful delivery of implementation projects.
• Act as a knowledgeable and effective application point of contact for customers, providing support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, integration, configuration, and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with your allocated delivery team to achieve successful outcomes.
• Adhere to project management tools and processes, including updating assigned tasks and accurately logging time.
• Escalate any concerns or risks related to your allocated projects to your team lead or manager.
• Support the service team in troubleshooting incidents where required.
• Complete all role-specific training requirements in line with agreed development plans.
• Contribute to exhibitions and demonstrations where required.
• Remain flexible in supporting different project needs and priorities.
