  • Support testing, validation, and documentation of system builds.
  • Ensure configuration changes are accurately recorded and managed through version control and change management processes.
  • Participate in design workshops, build reviews, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Contribute to data migration, interface mapping, and workflow optimisation tasks.
  • Provide support and training to end users and colleagues within the EPR programme team.

About You
You’ll bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to system configuration. You are a collaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment, and passionate about improving digital healthcare delivery.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Familiarity with configuration documentation, change control, and testing processes.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience within a large-scale NHS digital transformation or EPR deployment.
  • Knowledge of data governance, interoperability, or clinical safety standards.
  • Relevant IT or healthcare informatics qualifications.
