EPR Transformation Lead

The EPR Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end transformation process of our Electronic Patient Record system. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing the EPR implementation across various departments, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in healthcare IT, and a deep understanding of EPR systems.

EPR Transformation Lead Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of EPR transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and vendors to support the EPR transformation.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of the new EPR system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading EPR or similar healthcare IT transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulatory requirements, and EPR systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management and EPR software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
