LIMS Analyst

Provide analytical and functional support for the organisation’s LIMS, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and alignment with clinical and operational requirements.

Translate business and laboratory needs into clear system requirements and configurations.

Work closely with scientists, clinicians, IT teams, and external suppliers to support system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Analyse workflows, datasets, and processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved efficiency.

Support testing, validation, and documentation in line with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.

Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout change initiatives.
