Now Hiring: Business Analyst – LabWare LIMS
Experience Required: 5+ years

We’re seeking a skilled LabWare Business Analyst with a strong pharmaceutical or regulated industry background to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can translate business needs into technical LabWare LIMS solutions, collaborating with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional LabWare specifications

• Lead the configuration and optimisation of LabWare LIMS, including pharmaceutical data structures

• Support the design and delivery of LabWare integrations

• Configure and validate workflows for key processes, including:

• Stability studies

• Environmental monitoring

Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems into LabWare

Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and validation standards are met

Maintain clear, high-quality documentation and act as a go-to LabWare subject matter expert

Collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS in pharmaceutical or regulated environments

• Understanding of SAP integration

• Proven experience in data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
