LIMS Business Analyst

  • Lead business analysis activities for LabWare LIMS enhancements, upgrades, and interim project delivery within regulated laboratory environments.
  • Gather, document, and translate laboratory and business requirements into functional specifications and workflow solutions.
  • Collaborate with laboratory users, QA, IT, and development teams to support testing, validation, UAT, and implementation activities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, data integrity compliance, and optimisation of laboratory workflows and system functionality.
  • Proven experience as a LIMS Business Analyst within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GxP-regulated environments, with strong stakeholder management skills.
