Labware Specialist

System Administration & Configuration: Administer, configure, and maintain the LABWARE LIMS platform, including workflows, test methods, specifications, and user roles.

Implementation & Validation Support: Support LABWARE implementations, upgrades, and enhancements; assist with system validation and documentation in regulated environments (e.g., GxP).

Integration & Data Management: Manage interfaces between LABWARE and laboratory instruments, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and training for laboratory users to ensure effective system adoption and compliance.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Collaborate with QA, IT, and lab operations to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous system improvements.
