Experienced Programme Manager / Director required to lead the delivery and optimisation of a Meditech EPR programme within a private hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end Meditech EPR implementation and governance.
-Manage programme plans, risks, finances, and benefits realisation.
-Oversee clinical, operational, and technical workstreams.
-Engage senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationship with Meditech.
-Support go-live, stabilisation, and optimisation.
Essential Experience:
-Proven track record delivering a Meditech EPR (Magic, C/S or Expanse).
-Senior-level NHS programme leadership experience.
-Strong stakeholder management and digital transformation expertise.
