Multidisciplinary LIMS Specialist
- Demonstrates advanced multidisciplinary expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), including configuration, validation, integration, and support across laboratory, quality, and operational environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including laboratory scientists, QA/QC, IT, data governance, and regulatory teams to deliver compliant and efficient LIMS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of regulated laboratory environments (e.g., GxP, ISO 17025, FDA, MHRA) with experience ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, process improvement, user training, and system optimization, with a track record of enhancing laboratory workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, supporting system implementations/upgrades, and translating technical requirements into practical laboratory solutions.
