Nervcecentre Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated EPR Configuration Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimising our EPR system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EPR systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nervcecentre Configuration Analyst Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the EPR system to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into effective EPR solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of configurations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EPR-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to EPR configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Train end-users on EPR functionalities and best practices to enhance system utilisation.
  • Work with vendors and external partners to implement updates, upgrades, and new modules.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an EPR Configuration Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of EPR systems.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customising EPR modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Certification in relevant EPR systems is an advantage.
