Product Specialist

Clinical & Product Expertise

• Act as the clinical subject matter expert for assigned digital products and solutions

• Translate real-world clinical practice into product insight, requirements, and recommendations

• Support product development by providing clinical input, feedback, and validation

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical presentations to NHS customers

• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including clinicians, operational leads, digital teams, and senior decision-makers

• Support implementation and adoption by ensuring solutions align with clinical workflows and patient pathways

Tender & Bid Support

• Contribute clinical content to tenders, bids, and procurement responses

• Support presentations and clarifications during procurement processes

• Ensure responses clearly articulate clinical value, safety, and patient benefit

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, product, implementation, and marketing teams

• Act as a trusted advisor to non-clinical colleagues on clinical context, risks, and opportunities

• Support the development of clinical messaging, case studies, and value propositions

Governance & Quality

• Promote best practice in clinical safety, information governance, and regulatory compliance

• Support clinical assurance activities and documentation where required

Essential Criteria

• Registered healthcare professional (e.g. Paramedic, Nurse, AHP) with current professional registration

• Strong understanding of NHS clinical environments and patient pathways

• Interest in digital health, health technology, and innovation

• Ability to communicate confidently with both clinical and non-clinical audiences

• Experience contributing to tenders, service development, or change initiatives (formal or informal)

• Experience working with digital health systems or clinical software

• Exposure to NHS procurement or tendering processes

• Experience delivering training, demonstrations, or stakeholder workshops

• Understanding of clinical safety standards
