About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Radiographer based in Belfast. This is a permanent position within a growing private healthcare organisation, offering the chance to work independently while contributing to the development of an expanding team. This role is urgently required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans independently, adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Support and participate in clinical audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with the wider team while demonstrating autonomy in daily tasks.

• Contribute to process improvements and help shape best practices within the lab.

• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years MRI experience within a clinical or diagnostic setting.

• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and make clinical decisions.

• Experience with audits and quality assurance processes.

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within a fast-expanding organisation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
