System C Configuration Analyst

Role Overview:
As a System C Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our System C environment to support critical business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver robust system configurations that drive efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain System C applications, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation of configurations and changes.

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot configuration-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Support upgrades, patches, and new module deployments.

• Provide technical expertise and training to end-users and internal teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for system optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Configuration Analyst, ideally with System C or similar enterprise platforms.

• Strong understanding of system configuration, integration, and data workflows.

• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Proficiency in documenting processes and configurations.

• Experience with testing methodologies and change management processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
