Technical Business Analyst

  • Gather, analyse, and document laboratory business and technical requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for LIMS configuration and development.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings with laboratory staff, clinicians, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment between system functionality and operational workflows.

  • Produce and maintain detailed documentation including process maps, data mappings, interface specifications (e.g., HL7), and validation/UAT scripts.

  • Support system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing activities, identifying and resolving defects and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

  • Coordinate UAT, training support, and post-implementation optimisation, contributing to continuous improvement and enhanced laboratory service performance.
