Gather, analyse, and document laboratory business and technical requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for LIMS configuration and development.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings with laboratory staff, clinicians, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment between system functionality and operational workflows.

Produce and maintain detailed documentation including process maps, data mappings, interface specifications (e.g., HL7), and validation/UAT scripts.

Support system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing activities, identifying and resolving defects and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Coordinate UAT, training support, and post-implementation optimisation, contributing to continuous improvement and enhanced laboratory service performance.
