  • Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, particularly the sections describing system functionality.

  • Collaborate with the Technical Sales leadership to develop and maintain standard demonstration environments.

  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g., databases, scripting languages, reporting tools, web technologies) to confidently engage with client IT teams.

  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Professional Services to ensure effective knowledge transfer following the sales process.

  • Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations aligned to each client’s specific needs.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows as an attendee, exhibitor, or presenter.

  • Participate in internal product discussions, providing customer-focused insights to enhance offerings.

  • Support internal training activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in French, with strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience showcasing complex software solutions to diverse audiences.

  • Background in pharmaceutical research, manufacturing laboratories, or laboratory informatics software.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% across Europe (primarily France) for customer meetings and events.

  • Solid technical foundation with interest or experience in areas such as software configuration, reporting, programming (Java, JavaScript), and database management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant scientific or technical field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in laboratory operations, LIMS, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or consulting.

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary and commission structure (based on experience and location).

  • Comprehensive benefits package.

  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.

  • A supportive, collaborative work environment focused on innovation and customer success.
