AVT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) Pilot within an NHS organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end pilot lifecycle, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and delivery of pilot outcomes that support future business case development and wider organisational adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of the AVT pilot programme.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, and reporting packs.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across clinical, operational, digital, information governance, and supplier teams.
  • Manage pilot scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support the development of evaluation criteria, benefits measures, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate user engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
  • Monitor pilot performance and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from participating clinical teams.
  • Produce final pilot recommendations, lessons learned, and options for wider rollout.
