I’m currently supporting an NHS digital transformation programme looking for an experienced Change Agent to support stakeholder engagement, adoption and implementation across a complex healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders across clinical, operational and digital teams
- Build strong relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the change
- Support the delivery of change and transformation activities
- Identify stakeholder needs, concerns and resistance to change
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities
- Support communications, workshops and training where required
- Help embed new processes, systems and ways of working
- Work closely with project, transformation and clinical teams to ensure successful adoption
Experience required:
- Previous Change Agent / Change Manager / Transformation experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills within an NHS or healthcare environment
- Experience supporting digital transformation or EPR-related projects
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, clinicians and operational teams
- Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities
