We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Configuration Analyst to support a major NHS Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, building, testing, and supporting the Epic Cupid application, working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to deliver high-quality cardiovascular workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Cupid application.
- Gather and analyse clinical and business requirements.
- Design and optimise cardiovascular workflows within Epic.
- Participate in application design, build validation, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution.
- Create and maintain build documentation, workflows, and change control records.
- Collaborate with cardiology clinicians, operational teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation optimisation.
- Ensure configuration aligns with NHS governance and clinical safety standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Epic Cupid Certification (required).
- Proven Epic Cupid configuration experience.
- Experience supporting at least one full Epic implementation lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular clinical workflows.
- Experience with testing, issue resolution, and application support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary implementation team.
Desirable Experience
- Previous NHS EPR implementation experience.
- Understanding of NHS clinical and operational processes.
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades, optimisation, and go-live activities.
