LabWare LIMS Project Manager (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a LabWare LIMS implementation within a regulated laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end LabWare LIMS implementation projects, ensuring delivery to time, budget and scope.
  • Manage project governance, planning, RAID logs, stakeholders and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, validation and go-live activities.
  • Work closely with laboratory, QA, IT and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive business readiness, change management and user adoption.

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record delivering LabWare LIMS implementation projects.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics or life sciences laboratories.
  • Strong knowledge of system testing, validation, data migration and laboratory workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
  • PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification desirable.
