LIMS Business Analyst

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for LabWare LIMS enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with laboratory, quality, and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into functional solutions.

  • Produce clear documentation, including user stories, process maps, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and supporting project artefacts.

  • Support solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), validation, and change control activities within regulated laboratory environments.

  • Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability while contributing to system improvements, user support, issue resolution, and continuous optimisation of LabWare LIMS.
