Job Title: LIMS Project Manager (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced LIMS Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) implementation and related projects. This is a remote contract role, working with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end LIMS implementation projects, including planning, delivery, and stakeholder management.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Track project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies.

Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and governance.

Support change management, user adoption, testing, and go-live activities.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing LIMS implementation or enhancement projects.

Strong project management skills with experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organisations is highly desirable.

Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
