Act as the LIMS Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expert guidance throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and BAU support.
Lead workshops with laboratory stakeholders to map and optimise workflows, ensuring the LIMS configuration aligns with operational and regulatory requirements.
Support system configuration, testing, validation, data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT), working closely with vendors and technical teams.
Provide expertise across laboratory operations, including sample lifecycle, instrument integration, order communications, reporting and interoperability with clinical and enterprise systems.
Mentor end users, produce documentation and training materials, and act as the key escalation point for LIMS-related issues, driving successful adoption and continuous improvement.
