LIMS Subject Matter Expert

  • Act as the LIMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the full solution lifecycle, supporting end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering and process mapping through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for off-the-shelf LIMS platforms (e.g. LabWare, LabVantage).
  • Translate business, laboratory, and technical terminology across cross-functional teams, acting as the bridge between laboratory operations, quality, IT, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure aligned requirements and effective communication.
  • Provide hands-on support in a hybrid contract environment, driving workshops, issue resolution, change management, documentation, and ensuring LIMS solutions meet operational, compliance, and user adoption objectives.
