We are seeking an experienced Order Communications Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of multiple newly awarded projects across pathology and radiology. With five major order communications projects secured and a strong pipeline of NHS-focused work, this role will play a key part in the successful implementation and optimisation of order communications solutions.
Working closely with project teams, customers, and technical stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering system implementations, managing project activities, gathering requirements, supporting configuration, and ensuring successful adoption across clinical and laboratory environments.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical implementation and project delivery experience with a solid understanding of pathology and/or radiology workflows. Experience implementing Order Communications solutions such as ICE, T-Quest, or similar healthcare systems would be highly advantageous.
Key Requirements:
- Experience delivering healthcare IT or Order Communications implementations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of pathology and/or radiology workflows.
- Knowledge of NHS processes, terminology, and operational environments.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience supporting system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Strong communication skills with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
