We are seeking an experienced Senior LIMS Project Manager to lead a new project team through the implementation and go-live of a bespoke LIMS platform.
The role will be approximately 80% LIMS project delivery and 20% account management, working closely with commercial teams to support customer relationships and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the LIMS implementation through to successful go-live.
- Manage and support a team
- Own project plans, risks, governance, stakeholders and delivery.
- Provide strong technical LIMS knowledge and implementation expertise.
- Support customer relationships and account development.
- Lead post-go-live transition and stabilisation.
About You
- Proven LIMS implementation and go-live experience.
- Strong technical understanding of LIMS and laboratory environments.
- Previous project/team management experience.
- Commercially aware with strong stakeholder skills.
- PRINCE2 desirable.
- Environmental/water laboratory experience advantageous but not essential.
- A hands-on “can-do” attitude - willing to get involved and take ownership when challenges arise.
