Work with suppliers and internal technical teams to configure and implement solutions.

Provide regular updates to programme boards and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and key deliverables.

Ensure projects comply with NHS governance, digital standards, and information governance requirements.

Produce high-quality documentation including project initiation documents (PIDs), highlight reports, and closure reports.

Support organisational change by working with operational teams to embed new digital solutions into business processes.

Develop training and adoption strategies to maximise benefits from AVT technologies.

Monitor benefits realisation and service improvements following implementation.
