The Altera Business Change Lead will be responsible for driving and managing change initiatives within Altera. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex projects and lead efforts to ensure successful adoption and implementation of business changes.
Altera Business Change Lead Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to Altera’s specific needs and goals.
- Define the change management approach and methodology for various transformation projects.
- identify, analyse, and engage with key stakeholders.
- Prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage stakeholder expectations and concerns.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Define and Measure Success metrics, monitoring the progress of change initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and insights to the Altera transformation team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in change management.
- Previous Altera experience is admirable and EPR experience is a must.
