Altera Business Change Lead

The Altera Business Change Lead will be responsible for driving and managing change initiatives within Altera. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex projects and lead efforts to ensure successful adoption and implementation of business changes.

Altera Business Change Lead Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to Altera’s specific needs and goals.
  • Define the change management approach and methodology for various transformation projects.
  • identify, analyse, and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage stakeholder expectations and concerns.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Define and Measure Success metrics, monitoring the progress of change initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and insights to the Altera transformation team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in change management.
  • Previous Altera experience is admirable and EPR experience is a must.
