The Digital Benefits Realisation Analyst will support the identification, measurement, tracking, and reporting of benefits arising from digital and technology-enabled change across the Trust. The post holder will work with programme teams, clinicians, operational services, and corporate functions to ensure digital investments deliver measurable value in line with NHS priorities.
The role focuses on data analysis, benefits tracking, reporting, and supporting projects to evidence improvements in productivity, quality, safety, workforce experience, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Tracking & Analysis

Support the identification, definition, and baselining of benefits for digital and transformation initiatives.

Maintain benefits registers and tracking tools across digital programmes and projects.

Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to evidence benefits realisation over time.
Data & Reporting

Develop and maintain regular benefits reports and dashboards for programme boards and senior stakeholders.

Work with digital analytics, informatics, and finance teams to source, validate, and interpret data.

Support development of KPIs aligned to digital programmes and Trust objectives.
Project & Programme Support

Work with project and programme managers to embed benefits tracking into delivery plans.

Support post-implementation reviews and benefits realisation reviews.

Provide analytical support to business case development and option appraisals.
