Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EPR Benefits Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the intricacies of Employee Benefits Program (EPR) offerings, ensuring optimal plan design and administration. Your expertise will help clients enhance their benefits strategies, improve employee satisfaction, and achieve their organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on the design, implementation, and management of Employee Benefits Program (EPR) strategies tailored to their organisational needs.
- Analyse client benefit packages to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and compliance enhancements.
- Assist in the development of customised benefits solutions, including health, wellness, retirement, and other voluntary benefit plans.
- Support clients throughout the benefits renewal and open enrollment processes, offering strategic guidance and operational support.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide current, relevant advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and administration of benefit programmes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in employee benefits consulting, human resources, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of UK benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate benefit plans and data effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
- Professional certifications in benefits or HR (such as CIPD) are advantageous.
