About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced EPR Command Centre Manager to lead the command centre during the deployment of our Electronic Patient Record system. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth go-live, supporting staff on the floor, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the command centre throughout go-live.

Monitor patient safety and clinical operations in real time.

Provide guidance and support to clinical and operational teams.

Triage and resolve issues rapidly as they arise.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain system stability.

Provide clear updates and reporting to senior leadership.
Essential Experience:

Proven experience in EPR or large-scale health IT deployments.

Strong operational leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
