The EPR Data Migration Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and delivering all data migration activities associated with the implementation of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This role ensures the safe, accurate, and timely migration of clinical and non-clinical data from legacy systems into the new EPR platform, maintaining data integrity, regulatory compliance, and clinical safety throughout.
Develop and own the Data Migration Strategy, Approach, and Detailed Migration Plan.
Define data scope, mapping rules, transformation logic, and validation processes.
Establish data quality standards, cleansing frameworks, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure alignment with overall EPR programme milestones and go-live planning.
