<h2><strong>Job Purpose</strong></h2>

<p>The Data Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the strategic development, management, and optimisation of the Trust’s data warehouse and associated data platforms. This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and accessible data to support operational, clinical, and strategic decision-making across the organisation.</p>

<p>You will lead a team of data engineers and developers, driving best practice in data architecture, integration, governance, and performance.</p>

	<li>Lead the design and delivery of the Trust’s data warehouse strategy aligned to wider digital and data transformation programmes.
	<li>Manage and develop a high-performing data engineering team.
	<li>Act as the subject matter expert for data warehousing across the organisation.
	<li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
