Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of the Trust’s LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center networks.
- Provide technical leadership for network operations, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and business services.
- Oversee network security, ensuring compliance with NHS Digital standards and Cyber Essentials / NCSC guidance.
- Collaborate with IT teams, service providers, and external vendors to deliver network improvements and projects.
