Our client is looking for a RIO Configuration Lead to join their team on a six month initial contract outside of IR35. This will be a remote working arrangement.
RIO Configuration Lead Requirements
- Possess advanced knowledge and experience in configuring RIO (Remote I/O) systems, including but not limited to hardware setup, network configuration, and software customisation.
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for troubleshooting complex technical issues related to RIO systems, capable of analysing problems and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Exhibit proficiency in project management principles, able to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise tasks to ensure the successful configuration and implementation of RIO systems within project timelines and budget constraints.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences, collaborate with team members, and provide guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Display leadership qualities such as initiative, accountability, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and environments, able to learn new technologies and methodologies as needed to stay current with industry trends and advancements in RIO configuration.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when configuring RIO systems, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the setup process to minimise errors and optimise system performance.
