Benefits Lead

  • Develop and implement the Trust's Benefits Realisation Framework.
  • Create governance processes for identifying, approving, tracking and reporting programme benefits.
  • Establish benefits ownership across clinical and operational services.
  • Ensure benefits management aligns with NHS best practice and organisational objectives.

Benefits Identification

  • Facilitate workshops with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive Benefits Registers for each workstream.
  • Define measurable KPIs and success criteria.
  • Establish pre-implementation baselines.

Benefits Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor delivery against agreed benefit profiles.
  • Produce executive-level dashboards and reports.
  • Highlight delivery risks and recommend mitigation plans.
  • Present benefits updates to Programme Boards, Steering Groups and Executive Committees.
