- Develop and implement the Trust's Benefits Realisation Framework.
- Create governance processes for identifying, approving, tracking and reporting programme benefits.
- Establish benefits ownership across clinical and operational services.
- Ensure benefits management aligns with NHS best practice and organisational objectives.
Benefits Identification
- Facilitate workshops with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive Benefits Registers for each workstream.
- Define measurable KPIs and success criteria.
- Establish pre-implementation baselines.
Benefits Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor delivery against agreed benefit profiles.
- Produce executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Highlight delivery risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Present benefits updates to Programme Boards, Steering Groups and Executive Committees.
